- Due to the nature of our downloadable Paris travel guide, a digital product delivered instantly in PDF format, we do not offer refunds or returns.
Exceptional Circumstances
- We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the event of exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical Error: If a download error has prevented you from accessing the Guide.
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the Guide multiple times.
Requesting a Refund
